Well just went out and looked, it looks like it is coming from right above the power steering. Not enough room to see above that but the lower radiator hose is right there. Besides that I don't think it would continue to leak if it was the water pump and it hasn't been run in a couple days. Sounds like the hose or the clamp holding it. What's you folks opinion.
wife: "you moved the fridge. I can't reach the switch......(slides fridge forward) you moved the switch?"
LOL! Does she like that set up better than the way it was?

Doesn't sound like the pump to me in that location. Could be a hose or possibly the thermostat housing?? Not sure what the 6.0 water pump looks like.

Don't let it get to you to much. I'm sure we can get it fixed up for you before you go.

That is a possibility. Maybe the clamp failed like the CAC clamp did the other night.

No I see the clamp and its one of those pressure ones not the type you can tighten

Its not just that its the walls too, doing nothing is really starting to takes it toll. just found out where we are going is suppose to be in the upper 40's most of the week. The clamp could have failed but I cannot see enough of it to tell. I am still thinking something to do with the rad hose. I don't think the water pump would leak without any pressure, but who knows......
Well who feel like helping a cripple AGAIN..... The water pump that had an intermittent leak is now a full fledge pissing contest. Haven't driven it since Friday and Sandy told me something was leaking a few minutes ago. Just went out and there is 1/2 gal or so of coolant on the ground and it is just dripping out of there.
That STILL hasn't sold?????? Someone posted that up a few months ago if I remember correctly. Might have to go to Hammond this week................ It's right next door...........
