My FICM voltage was dropping below 40 and it didn't shake and do what you are experiencing. I also have a brand new set of batteries in the truck.

Maybe that caused your low power and hurt your transmission

Well I don't know what else it would be, tomorrow I am putting it back to stock and taking the same run. If it doesn't do it then maybe its the shifting in the tranny. Other than that it only happens when cold and it only last seconds at best and then it runs fine the rest of the day.....
