New Engine Start up - Problems could use some help

Ok, Got the new engine oil pressure up but no fuel.. Electric fuel pump not running and the wait to start light is not on so that means no glow plugs. Tested fuel pump = good Checked all fuses =Good is there something Im missing, could the tech that diagnosed the truck unpluged something Im not seeing or pulled a fuse that Im not finding. could there be an issue with the new chip thats for the single shot injectors {like I didnt get the terminals clean enough.. what should I look for?

Not having the WTS light has nothing to do with the GP's it means there is an issue with the PCM generally blown fuse for the fuel bowl heater, however based on you description it sounds like there is not a good connection on the chip to PCM, has this chip been on before or it this your first one? Sounds like they may not be cleaned enough. Do you see any copper? You don't want to see this much copper, but right before this.

Try starting it without the chip. If it starts you know it is a chip problem.

If it does start it will idle rough without the SS tuning.

Won't hurt anything just to see if it will start.

Also, did you tighten down the bolt on the PCM connector?
