Sorry Jim, I missed your post earlier.

The T500 started out as a TE modded 17° that I won in a raffle at RRE 2010. Last year, for a very fair price, Joey turned it into a T500. If it weren't for that it would still be my spare HPOP.

The 3200 PSI on the T500 is just from the HPOP gauge reading. I haven't really data logged it with AE. The Andrenaline data logged a 3450. I really need to data log the T500 for a fair comparison. But a bit more ICP would be expected from the Adrealine since it is essentially a 19° pump. That is the only comparison I can make. No track times or dyno results on the T500. SOTP there is no difference in performance between the two. I am keeping the Adrenaline as a spare.

I'm impressed by how Joey can get such an increase in pressure while still using the 17° swash plate.

Sorry for the hijack Frank, but asked and answered.

According to my AE reading I can hit 3400 almost 3500 psi with my T-500. Won't hold it ,but will top out there. 0-100 in 18 sec AE time.

T-500

Man, I just spent $200 for new hoses on my HPOP. Now I hear that I could have changed the fittings and had the hoses fabricated locally.

Why didn't I think of that?

Now I will just have to wait and see if the original design holds.

3/8 Eaton STC fittings have a working pressure of 5000 psi and burst rating of 20,000 psi. I think the threads will blow out of the HPOP way before 20k.

ICP will spike when you let up on the throttle. The built up pressure has nowhere to go because the injectors are not using oil.

Since you mentioned it I will have to say I've never done a 0-100 timed run, but did do a 0 to 82 in under 9 Sec.

Good point Roland. I have only done a WOT run with the T500 in 80e. My highest tune is 120 (my 140 is a smoke tune). I'll use 120 for my T500 data log run.

I'll need to get a 140HP tune before RRE, if I will be able to make RRE. That may push me past 500HP on a generous dyno and get me under 8.88 in the 1/8.

I data log in the hot tune from tony w and my tow tune.
The 18 sec 0-100 was after a lengthy burnout also. I just started recording while building boost then stopped when I hit 100.
Trying to figure out why its stumbling. Everything reads out fine tho. ??

I'll assume you are talking about the 350.

Just a couple of ideas. I don't see a boost fooler listed. Do the TW tunes override defueling due to boost above 22 PSI? Have you checked fuel pressure at WOT?

It stumbles when I first get into it. At higher rpms(hiway driving) it will take off. Driving around town, stand on it and it sounds like its flooding out then takes off. Going to try the lpop, oil psi gauge comes up slow at first start, and its got 288k on it. Also doing a fuel sump, airdog, swamps hv/hf,and an ATI hb.
Yeah,its on the 350.

Whats the ICP and Duty Cycle look like when this happens? Does ICP rise right away or is there a slight delay?

Keep forgetting to log it. Snowy and slick out now. Sorry I couldn't give you some numbers. I did clean the ipr when I swapped out the stock hpop with the T-500.
