E99+T500=WOW!!!

I finally peeled myself away from my new motorcycle and installed my Terminator T500 today. WOW is all i can say I cannot believe what a difference it makes.
If you dont have one, get one!
My old 15* pump was only putting out 1500 psi at wot, ill do some AE logging this week to see the difference the new pump makes. It's definitively a SOTP mod.

Very nice to hear. I have had mine setting in the yellow tape box with a bunch of other goodies that are ready to go on since early Jan. Just waiting for a good weekend that I am not busy to try and get it all done at once.
My biggest problem right now is the longer I wait the more stuff that gets put in the box witch equals more time needed to get everything on.
My stock pump was making around 2-2500 though so I am thinking I might not notice as much of a diffrence.
I am curious to see what the AE says though.

Joe, without my chip I believe I was around 2300 at wot, but with my 100 HP chip it drops down to 1500 at best.
I'm sure you'll feel a difference even without a chip. The truck has a lot more pep now.

One of my best mods. I was getting around 2600, now it will hit 3500 and hold 3200 at wot.

Outstanding. I have no chip yet. Need to get some gauges next probably. I am sure I will have them before I get around to putting any of this stuff on.
thanks for the info.
Guess I was thinking there should be more pressure with more HP. Dont really get it yet, but I will figure this stuff out hopefully before I get the spare motor built.
Just soaking up as much knowledge as I can in the process.

More Pressure is being called for with a chip, however the HPOP may not be able to keep up with the demand, thus the loss of pressure in higher HP tunes. You have to remember that the injectors use High Pressure Oil to fire the injectors.

Glad you are happy with it Frank, should pick up some efficiency too!

I noticed a difference in mine too! My HPOP was pretty strong still, it does pull harder now, you can feel it is working less hard for the same load now.

T-500

I have an E99 F350 and just installed my T-500. Havn't driven it yet because one thing led to another and I am still doing work on the truck.

Had to replace all the injectors, the IDM, send PCM to Clay for flash, replaced front shocks, water pump, radiator, coolant hoses, drained auto trans and tc, replace auto trans external filter, and now am rebuilding front axle due to leaks. Also new tires. Also new ICP and high pressure oil regulator (forget what it is called).

Still need to rebuild locking hubs and rear brakes. I imagine it will be two more weeks before I am back on the road.

Sure look forward to it!

Will post results.

If anyone needs a core I have one. No downtime. Except for the swap of course.

Well frank I am glad to see that you finally got your T500 off the kitchen table I am very interested to what the difference is with the AE. When you do run it please see what the difference is in stock tune also.
I am looking forward to installing my T500 but it will be awhile before I can drive it since I need alot more parts. But not as many parts as MauleOn

T500 is one of the best mods for the E99 TRUCKS. Pulls harder and mpg increase on freeway made my day. My DP tuner came alive on the upper tunes, and passing on the freeway is a breeze.

I had read that the T500 was a great upgrade for the e99 and the 15*hpop. But this tread and all you guys that I trust with e99's saying what a differents it makes really proves the point.
"Terminator T500 Rules" Joey has been working on the T1000 for the guys with big injectors and the super HOT tunes. I can't wait to see it when it comes out. I did alot of reading and asked alot of questions before buying the T500 and it blows away everything else in it's class of stock upgrades in hpop's. And even now with the price increase you can't buy a better pump for even $200 more than the T500. I paid or should I say my wife paid the new price. And I feel it was money well spent.
