No worries. Don't want to go 2" for a number a reasons. Mainly, I still want some rake, and I don't want to potentially stress out the balljoints more than what is needed. Honestly I'd be happy with the truck at stock ride height for the rest of its life, but what's the point in that???
Oh hey Skunk, calling out Mods isn't going to win you any friends!
That's okay I was never here to really make friends I just thought I would help a few people by answering questions He can ban me all together and I really wouldn't care. I'm a member of the other f 150 sites where if you ask a question about which direction the primary shaft bearing in your auto transmission should face because you forgot after you took it out you don't get a vague answer like (perhaps you should change the oil otherwise I would take it to a professional)
I don't know you personally but I suspect you're just like cokid a lot of info from reading the internet with little hands on experience and that makes you an expert
Nah, I've learned a lot on the 'net, but I've been wrenching on my own vehicles for a long time.
Now, lets keep the manner of posting a little less aggressive, ok?
Like I've stated a couple times already now, take it easy.
I don't know you personally but I suspect you're just like cokid a lot of info from reading the internet with little hands on experience and that makes you an expert so when somebody calls him out on his lack of experience you step up to defend him like he your want a child yes very fair moderator indeed.
Actually Skunk I do about 85% of the work to my truck myself plus my job has me working with tools almost everyday. Stewart and I only met on here about 4 weeks ago when he became the new mod. He is not defending anyone he is just being a good and active mod of the forum. Now i have never said I was expert and I have learned a fair amount from the net but I still get out and work on my truck, my wife's jeep, my old jeep, and any of the homes I am working on too. It all provides experience in one way or another.
