Just replaced them this weekend, my truck has te same thing, and it's def stock suspension. Why it's like that I don't know, but there is no bushing for it! I pressed the old bushings out but one of the bolts refused to let go of the old bushing. A little heat fixed that up. Happy with the urethane bushings!!!

It just occurred to me (thanks to your picture) that when they were flipped upside down, maybe they were rotated 180* too!
Who ever did this lift was ...
