I have a 2002 Ford excursion and the holes on my front stabilizer bar where my end links attach are worn out and so is the hole on the frame where the mount end link mounts to the frame has anyone ever had this problem before? The excursion only has 115k miles and I replaced the end links when I started to hear a little noise any help would be appreciated
Use the Moog problem solver end links which use ball joints at each end of the link. They will not loosen again and should not wallow the holes any further.

"The OE driver side front sway bar end links in the Ford Super Duty have been known to fail prematurely if it's been used in severe or off road settings. The cross axis joint design acts as a mini socket rotating in plastic bearings. The socket becomes worn and loose which causes a clunking noise and other issues. Moog has designed a one piece driver side front sway bar end link that has improved performance, ease of installation and a longer service life compared to the OE design.
