I have fixed everything from the squirrel damage except for 2 wires. The squirrel chewed them off and I have no clue what they go to. I inspected the area VERY good looking for the other ends.
The wires are located behind the passenger side battery about 10" on top of the wheel well right next to the outside fender wall. It looks like 4 wires go into this black plug connector then there is another black plug connector that connects to it with two each green and brown wires that come out. The squirrel chewed the green and brown wire up with little nubs left. I think the wire may loop back to itself?
I have looked all through the wiring diagrams and can't find anything on these.
Side note: After the squirrel prob my altenator and a battery went bad, I replaced the altenator and the bad battery, the guy said I was getting a draw? from something when everything was off 3 amps?
Everthing has been good but this morning it seemed like the battery was weak again, lights dim, but when I reved it up they got bright again.
I think I found the plug you are talking about. If it is mounted to the fender between the battery and the air box, lime green wire with a red/brown stipe it is looped.
Yes Shane that sound like the wire, when you say air box are you talking about that black oval plastic thing, if thats the airbox then yes it betwwen it and the battery. It's actually closer to the airbox just a little. Does your wire loop back to itself? 2005 6.0

Yes, I am not sure of the technical term for the box, but it holds air for the 4x4 and a/c vents... Yes definitely looped back. I have a pic if you need me to text it to you....
