If the EGR cooler isnt Blown yet you Might be able to reuse it but this is the ONLY exception here
You will have to pull the EGR Valve out and check for coolant in the EGR Valve Chamber if its dry and you havent been Useing Coolant then you can reuse the EGR Cooler. But also keep in mind its a Fair amount of work to get at it IMO about the same amount of labor/parts to remove for Either Oil or EGR Coolers

You Oiol Cooler is a Must at this point!!!

You can also get an OEM Oil Cooler from here www.partsguyed.com IIRC its around 215.00 for it

You will want to flush right before the changeout with VC-9

Tim mentioned a turbo hardware kit you will need that
I also replaced the Intake gaskets, they are reuseable as long as you dont damage them upon removal

You will want fresh coolant to fill with after the work I choose to go with ELC,Silicate Free check my SIG or you can go back with Ford Gold

215, that is a real good price. When I will do mine, see I do not say if, I did some reading and I think I will replace the EGR cooler with a Bullet proof. I do not like the idea of deleting because we never when we could get a new law on emission.

my new oil cooler rebuild kit from Tousley Ford arrived yesterday, but it'll be a while before I get it installed.

Here's a fun thread for you. Since you need to do the chemical flushes anyway, it can't hurt to try it. See if the backflush gives you some time.

You don't want to go in for the oil cooler and not also do the EGR cooler. It's a lot of work you want to do only once, and so you want to do some other things too, STC fitting if you have it, stand pipes and dummy plugs, clean the turbo...

Did your oil cooler kit come with all the gaskets? I just pulled the website up that you told me about and I could get it for 230$ but it doesn't say anything about gaskets

The blue spring is the updated fuel pressure regulator spring. Goes in fuel pressure regulator that's on the side of the secondary fuel filter housing.
