This is a quick Google search, but basically Ford was part of Libby-Owens-Ford or L-O-F glass manufacturing.

L-O-F made glass for millions of Chevy cars and trucks including the Corvette and others.

Soooooo..... next time some Chevy retard claims his 60s or 70s "all-chevy" car can beat yours, simply point out the Ford glass and tell him his 90% Chevy needs the 10% help from Ford to win.
