FINALLY fixed my harsh 1-2 shift. not exactly sure what i did but its fixed lol.
i swapped out the seperator plate and the solenoid pack and it shifts the way it should be shifting now. like a stock truck lol

i have also come to the conclusion that i need a new set of rear springs. thinking about that set of factory 04 f250SD springs i found on kijiji.

pics wit no load on the deck. spring looks to be too straight to me lol

That's what I'm concerned about as well. I sat my flatbed on my 95 F150 S.Cab parts truck, like yours, and it sank in the back like the Titanic..........

Not to get off topic but what wheels are those?

Yeah I didn't like the other caps. I think the oem ones look the best.

Thanks norfolknova

Removed the factory rear bumper and build a tube one at the back of the deck.

Much improved without the bumper. It also gives me a preview of how my Reese hitch will fit into the scheme of things. What length is your bed?

The 2x8 decking is a full 8' so about 8'4" front to back outside to outside. On a short box truck. Lol

Going to build 8-10" tall sides for it nextand a "tailgate I can drop when hauling the rzr

I'm saving all of your flatbed photos for my reference.

Could be. It's just resting on some 6" x 6"'s.
