wipers wont work?
hi everyone , wiper woes? 1979 F350 wiper delay box just clicks when turned on , no motor noise.... just got new switch and delay box because the old one just buzzed, but while messing with the old switch i had gotten the wipers motor to run when i held the **** in just the right place.... so i just figured i needed a new switch ... but nothing... just clicking seems to be in rhythem of what the delay would be ? any ideas or things to check ? going to tear the dash apart today and look around ? could the motor be bad even though i had it working for a bit ?? thanks for any help..

Check and make sure the switch is grounded, the new switch should have a ground pig tail that needs to be connected to a good ground. If it is then most likely it's the motor that's bad. Seeing that you hear a "clicking", that would lead me to believe that more than likely it's motor.
