Need Help. Engine noise during acceleration.
I noticed the problem today when I was driving to the store. I was going around 60 and went to pass a car. As soon as I hit the gas there is a popping noise coming from the engine compartment and it had no power. It only doest it between 50-65 mph. I have no clue what it is and any help will be greatly appreciated,

Mine's doing that. Dealer diagnosed bad spark plugs (misfires on almost all cylinders) and a clogged catalytic converter. They say they will cover the cat under emissions warranty but not the plugs. Regular warranty ran out a long time ago (mine's also an 05). I only have 52k miles on the truck. I'm still waiting for the new cat to come in.
