Chad - if your F-250 has manual steering, you can buy the whole drag link and replace it. If it has power steering, it gets iffy. There are shops that will rebuild your original power assist unit, but it's pricey. Is your's manual or power assist?

If you have manual steering the drag link is only about $80, if you have power assist steering the control valve/drag link is about $225

73F250highboy - I have the LMC catalog that you linked to, and that page is confusing. For a 1975 F-250 with manual steering, they show the picture of the drag link (#4), but the pitman end is oriented incorrectly. My '75 pitman arm has a horizontal bore, and the one they show is vertically bored. I kinda think there are several errors on that page - the part number for the pictured drag link (#4) is 45-2418, but it's listed as a center link. The part that they call a drag link (#2 part #45-2037) looks suspiciously like a tie rod to me. . . The local parts store wants around $145 for a new manual steering drag link.

You will have to get the right side steering knuckle machined for a steering arm, it won't just bolt on.

C7TZ-3304-B .. Draglink-Use with Manual Steering / Obsolete

"High Boy" applications: 1967/76 F250 4WD, 1977 F250 4WD before serial number Y20,001.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GARRISON Power Assist P/S: 1973 F250 4WD, 1974 F250 4WD before serial number T80,001.

Garrison uses two short replaceable draglinks (#3304 in pic). One from the Pitman Arm to the control valve (#3A730 in pic), another from the control valve to the steering arm.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BENDIX Power Assist P/S: 1974 F250 4WD from serial number T80,001, 1975/76 F250 4WD, 1977 F250 4WD before serial number Y20,001.

Bendix has one draglink. There is a replaceable stud on the control valve that attaches to the Pitman Arm. The replaceable draglink attaches to the other side of the control valve, then to the steering arm.

Power Assist: FTE member mikeo0o0o0 scanned and posted (see post #11) the following from the '73/79 Ford truck parts catalog: Illustration Section 36, Page 11.
