ok have everything back together for the ball joints and now I am trying to put new rotors and pads on and one glide pin on each side does not want to move at all. what is the best way to get these unstuck? I have new pins to replace them but cant get these 2 out. could really use something quick been at this for over 10 hours and need to get to bed here soon.
This is the best advice that I found on the net about the problem
"How did you get the frozen pins out of the calipers. So far I have 4 out of 6 that are stuck. (haven't gotten to the last one yet)

@masheapy keep on soaking them with penetrant i find PB Blaster works best, then grab the pins with a vice grip and try to work them free..... be careful on to booger them up too bad if you plan on reusing them, temporarily. Another thing i did with the vice grip was clamp it onto the pin and then whack the vice grip with a hammer in the direction to "pull the pins out'"
I use Seafoam Deep Creep - but the thought is the same. If you have a torch, you can heat the bracket up slightly to have it expand which is usually enough to free the slide. Deep Creep is a little less flammable than other sprays but still be careful - especially with the rubber boot unless you have a replacement.
If you booger the pins up bad Napa carries replacements. I think they are listed under brake hardware or something. Clean and lube your old ones with brake lube before reinstalling if you keep them.
