no idle up
Why dont the engine idle up when cold?

Probably a sensor. Removing the IAT seems to be a popular reason.

Several things need to be in place for this to work, parking brake must be on with the light on in dash as well, has to be in park or neutral if it's a stick shift. Switch on the brake pedal must be functional. Clutch pedal position switch must be functional as well.
