01 PSD 10K mod?
My brother has an 01 PSD bone stock. I have the 10K mod on my 96 and I'm assuming I can do this to his 01, but thought I would check with you guys first. He is coming over today so I can do some work on it. Also, is there any benefit to doing the AIH delete? Thanks for the help guys

i found out, deleting the AIH, you have a spare relay, for if/when your GPR decides to take a dump. Ask me how i know, and it works great. Also, opens up the airflow in the intake/cold side of assy.
Had the 10k mod on my truck as well, but just recently removed it, no reason, just did.

Yup..installed a set to make the 14.6mod, then removed the 4.6, kept the 10k resistor. Sure did "wake" her up off idle/throttle sensitivity...

Yes, it does. Makes a noticable difference if you don't have a chip/tuner.

May cause a rough idle, however.
It used to be a popular mod some ten years ago, and it still "works", but today it seems to be more trouble than it's worth.
It is only really effective off-idle and lower RPMs. It will not increase the engine's maximum horsepower and torque.

Where can I find the 10k mod, and what are the advantages of doing it?
