well all these numbers look ok so far

HPO is good no leaks

Boost at 20 psi at WOT is a little low but not to bad would expect it to be worse if it leaked Veins might need a cleaning but shouldnt be the cause of your issues

Hows the FICM volts???
and alternator volts??
Hows the fuel pressure??

I got the fuel filters changed this evening and took her for a spin it seems to be running normal I guess 7000 miles between changes is too long for me. I guess that just adds another thing to do on my oil changes. I have noticed the blower only quits when I put the truck in 4x4?

As I said - you have a vacuum leak.

The 4x4 solenoid is a common leak point (passenger fender wall area)

I have added a spin on fuel filter between tank and filter, both to protect injectors and save on the $80 set of fuel filters from ford.
