What's wrong now????

Got in my truck this afternoon warmed it up and it want hardly pull it self? Everything looks normal on the scangauge, haven't make it home yet to check anything " fuel pressure wise" just about ready to give her a new home!!!

No codes on the scangauge it's a 03 f250 kinda make me think the fuel is gelling but it's 51* so I don't think it can?

Hmmm, Fuel wont gel at that temp. I have an above ground tank and its been in the 30's and it pumps just fine. I would think the diesel should be good into the teens before any kind of gelling. Does it feel like the trans is slipping or is it engine related and not reving up or lugs?

It just feels like the engine has no power I haven't felt any slips or anything to think it is trans related

My guess would be low fuel pressure/ plugged fuel filter. Air filter plugged

Im headed to get a new set of fuel filters now these have about 7000 miles on them but Just my luck the heater quit blowing will only blow threw the defrost now!!!!! A new dodge is looking better and better

Company is a good thing in this instance IMO.... Imagine if the issues were intermittent and we didn't have this knowledge base to help out.... I'll take standard-known-well documented issues ANYDAY over "man I'm stumped , and have never heard of that before" issues

These trucks have known short comings but seem to run like crazy once you get em goin.... Least that's what I'm counting on

It something everyone I turn around with mine don't get me wrong I'm a ford man 110% !!! And have been all my life..... but this thing is a whole new animal I love my truck just all the little things pile up.......I'll just keep pecking away at it till I get all the bugs out

Icp 3650 wot. 640's@ idle. Icr 25.3@ idle 68 wot. 20# boost @ wot Normal take off boost is @2.5@ 20 mph 4.0@40mph then it hangs out between 3-5# @ 60mph Yeah it an o3

If you get a dodge, I will "take one for the team" and take that broken 6.0 off your hands It will be hard...but I think I can manage haha

If it only blows on defrost, you have a vacuum leak.

Check under the hood for a loose vacuum line - like to the heater hose valve (small gray tubing).

Also, vacuum solenoid leaking is common on 4x4's.

Other places to check, but start there.
