This morning I was attempting to rent a trailer from UHaul, and noticed the lights on the trailer did not work. Thinking it was a faulty trailer I went to another location to try again, and still nothing. The running lights on the trailer work fine (when my headlights are on) but the brake lights nor turn signals work! Any help?
Truck is a 2006 Ford F250 Stroker...and I am hooking it into the smaller connector, not the big one. Thanks for anything,
My 150 did that from the day I got it, until I traded it in for my 250. I checked fuses and replaced ends. It was always a problem that came bact time and time again. I didnt ever figure out if it was road salt or bad wires or bad wire soldering
Hmmm, interesting, I will check the fuse when I get my first opportunity. If not a fuse, I will have the wires checked. It's a must that I have proper trailer lights working!
My two plugs are wired off each other. Does your big plug work with the adapter in it? Or does it have the voltage if you check it with volt meter? If you have voltage in the big plug it could be just the pins on the small plug.
