I am having some trouble with my trailer lights. In specific, the lack there of. I was towing my TT and somehow the cord got pinched between the trailer frame and the WD bars. It just about cut the cord in half. I repaired the cord, and now I have no brake/stop lights or directionals on the trailer. The park lights work however, as all the running lights. I found one fuse blown on the X ( under the hood ) and have checked ALL of them that I can find. I know it's not the trailer, I have a car trailer and when it is plugged into the X, I have the same excact results. Is there a relay that could be bad ? I do not have an owner's manual, but I went through every fuse in the box under the hood and the one inside the truck.

I had a similar problem with my trailer. I ended up going through the underhood fuse-box a couple times before locating both blown fuses. Look through the fuse scematic again. This seems to be a common problem with Ford's. I learned this from a neighbor with a 2003 SD.
Look underhood and under the dash, you have another fuse blown somewhere, as said in the owners man. there is a schematic, but I would look at them all.
