I clicked your link that you sent to check them out a do a little research on the Mile Markers. Unfortunately they are only available for the F350 Superduty 1999-2002.
I need ones for the the F250 Superduty 1999 year and that is was not listed on any of there documentation.

F350 and F250 are virtually the same. Only difference is the rear axle blocks AFAIK. IIRC the front 4x4 axle is Dana 50 on both, and the Excursion, up to 2003. So the Mile Markers will fit fine in your 99. If they rattle after installation (some do, some don't) call up Mile Marker customer service and they can send you some spacers to take up the slack.
After you put manual locks on your hubs, and you no longer need the old factory locks, Before you throw them in the trash, would you consider shipping them out to me?
I'd be happy to pick up any expenses to ship them.
