99 supercrew rain problem
when it rains truck has electrical issues sometimes radio won't work sometimes head lights stay on truck has been to couple shops and can't find it. Anyone had same problem,or ideas please help thank you.

There is a GEM module on the back of the dash fuse block.
In that area a water leak can drop on that module and cause your discribed illness.
Look for the leak.
You lucky the module still works when dry because it's not cheap and needs programing the new one unless you get one from a truck with all the same build options.
