So i own my own repair shop and have worked on countless vehicles of all types. Some jobs big and some jobs small. I've been working on cars my whole life and owned my shop for 12 years. I would like to remove the cab from my 90 F250 5.8 4x4 to finish rust proofing the chassis and to replace the crossmember at the back of the cab. I've already did the back half (removed bed, rust proofed both chassis and bed, added steel diamond plate floor to bed, changed spring shackles and shock brackets, new rear gas tank and fuel pump, rustproof brake lines and painted chassis. But the more I look at this cab removal project the more I get scared. Is it worse than it looks? What has to be removed besides the obvious? I'm scared.
If you are looking to remove the cab and nose as an assembly, that would be the easiest. especially if you have a lift.

the just pick the cab up a little and look for anything that may still be attached
