Cab Removal-How Difficult?

Cab Removal-How Difficult?
A friend of mine has a '94 250 4x4 and wants me to help him to remove the cab so we can perform some much needed rust repair/prevention. I myself have the same exact vehicle, but its a '95. Has anyone here ever removed the cab ***'y? The bed is a no-brainer, but looking at my truck, the cab seems a little intimidating. Can the engine be left in place while doing this? Thanks for any input!

one you disconnect the wirey thingies (at the bulkhead for most) and the cable thiniges (throttle comes to mind)
and unbolt the brake thingy (4 bolts inside)
and any AC or vacuum lines
and shift linkages
its 4 bolts and out she comes
last one I did we used my FEL to pick it up - total time spent perhaps 2 hours.
