Seriously, when someone does something this stupid, and causes the expenditure of significant public treasure, shouldn't he be taken into custody pending a psych eval? Or at least someone should ask him why.

Does anyone know how much it costs to get a whole truck repainted in a new color? I've always wanted a Red truck and its been rolling around in my head for a while. Maybe someone can give me sticker shock and make it go away.
