Why on earth would I do that? That sounds hippyish. I am in the process of becoming a Kohler Power Systems Dealer, and thought it would be nice to have. Ultimately, another truck would put me out of business, unless I could get enough work for another guy to drive said truck. It has crossed my mind. I know this generator hoopla is a fad, and will quickly fizzle, but it is nice to dream that it will last.
Long story short, I cleaned the light off the right side of the trailer today, and I need to get a bracket welded back on. Aaron, you busy? lol.
Ray, how much does a service body with a crane cost? No fancy truck with a welder or a compressor, just a crane? After cleaning the light off the trailer, I think I may want to get a generator truck, and lift the gens into the truck, rather than haul them on the trailer. I could use a lift gate also, but that would serve only one purpose. I'm sure I could find tons of things to use the crane for. I have been looking at some cab and chassis, but I think I want one already done, where did you git yers?
I dunnknow.
It just looked like that from the picture you posted.
Anderson is both a Kolher and Generac distributor.
He's doing a 125kw Diesel Kolher for me in the mid-country soon as I get the pad and trench done.
Keep praying for more hurricanes and ice storms.
People become VERY motivated to buy into the "fad" after they've been freezing their *** off in the dark for a few days.

Just quit your job, come work with me for peanuts, goto night school for 5 years.
That souds like one of those "more going out than coming in" kind of situations. And so why is it still quite tempting? The school for 5 years sounds rough, but doable I suppose. Depends on where I can take the classes I need.
