Just squirt some crazy glue into the cylinder, then they can't even dis-assemble it

I don't have any medical coverage so I haven't seen a dentist in decades.
Just flared up real bad over the weekend.
By Monday night I had the sweats and looked like a chipmunk.
It has been suggested that stress might have allowed a chronic problem to become acute.
