Trading Excursion for F350?
Ok I usually hang out in the Excursion forum but thought I would ask here. Guy at work has a 2006 F350 6.0L CC LB Super Duty with 103,000 miles. He says its bad luck for him, (stolen twice). He has offered to trade with me. My 2000 Limited Excursion V10, 138000 miles + $4000.00 for his SD. Should I? Thinking I should do it as I would like to get a 5er later and they are kind of hard to pull with an Ex. This guy is a good friend and I know is making me a heck of a deal but I am feeling a little guilty. Opinions? Thanks, John

I wouldn't unless you have the motor checked out by a experienced 6.0 tech. A well maintained and taken care of 6.0 is a awesome motor. But most guys neglect them and it leads to very expensive repairs.
