Center console removal

2000 Limited Ex, my wife has requested I remove the center console for an up coming road trip. She wants to be able to get in the back easier, to take care of the little monsters. Any problems with removing the console temporarily? It does have audio controls, still running the factory head unit.

U can take it out. 4 screws. But I would take the rear control panel out and keep I plugged in under ur seat or something or u will lose rear speakers.
