Console stereo controls removal
The panel around my rear 2004 console stereo controls is all scraped and discolored. I wanted to pull it apart and spray it... anyone know how to do that? Can’t see how it comes apart

If you lift up the console lid, high on either side of the rear wall is a pair of T-20 Torx screws. Remove those. Then in the rear of the console open the ash tray and there are a pair of phillips screws to remove. Then just yank the rear panel back and off to free the clips. Unplug the harness, and it should be free.
