Awesome video! Looked good. Hey what did you end up doing for the ujoint fix?
Nothing yet, i can find the Xcase yoke readily available and its good u asked because i was gona ask you about the slip yoke side. I found a 1350 on an older 3500 GMC, i have yet to get it off the driveshaft to verify the spline count but i can already tell its about 1.5 inches longer than the stock slip yoke, i know this isnt ideal but i didnt know if it would work or not, i know it would be pushed back pretty far but wasent sure if it was doable.

It should be ok as that shaft doesn't really need slip travel. Maybe a tiny tiny bit just for vibration or flex of tcase on bushings which should be minimal anyway and you should use a t case brace. Worse case if it doesn't work cut the new slip yoke down(if needed) and it will still work except you will lose the threaded cap which isn't really necessary on that shaft again as it doesn't need slip and the threaded cap only holds in grease.
May have to use a small file to clean splines if you cut it.
Honestly I'm afraid to do burnouts in my stock f250 1 ton 4x4 with 31" tires. I feel more comfortable spinning my 44's with all 1350 joints, trac bar, 5:13's in a locked Dana 70 on my big truck.
Thanks for the reply, thats what i was thinking of doing if it indeed was to long, and i do plan on building a transfer case brace once time allows, i now started my Jr year of college so i only get time to wrench on the weekends. And now that im thinking of it, can you get the 1350 yokes for the rear end (D60) and the front (D44) used off something else? I dont want to put a ton of money into buying them new so im thinking of at least upgrading to sealed Spicers everywhere else because i may upgrade my rear end at some point and dont want to have to get a new yoke for that as well.
