icp sensor not functioning after hpop change

was the icp working properly before you did the HPOP swap?
Why did you swap the HPOP...were you having rough running issues or just wanting to upgrade?
if you were having rough running issues before then maybe it is a bad icp
if not then maybe the icp was damaged somehow during the swap.
maybe the wiring to the icp is damaged somewhere...not sure how to trouble shoot that? other than plugging it in and wiggling wires, and looking for bare spots
