Nice install. What did you do on the inside of the door?

These take care of that. C-Betr Mirror Set :: C-Betr Mirrors :: QWorks Corporation Best $50 I've spent so far.

SD Mirrors on an OBS

first of all thanks everybody for the comments. as for the vent windows i never did use them so removing them was not a problem. as for the inside i am making a custom plate that will cover the entire area and use the bottom 2 bolts of the mirror to mount it and chrome acorn nuts and a cup holder and cover it with some sort of leather of something. and i do like the convex mirrors twags6 i will check them out

Well, since it's your truck, you can do what you want to it. It looks like you did a really good job and the workmanship is quite good.

My A/C is not functioning, so I need my vent windows to survive.

Nice job bigjim. My smartass half serious comment is to mount like a back up camera on the mirror and have the monitor mounted to the cover plate to monitor the blind spot there. Not that it is really needed but something to break up the space on the plate.

Looks good! I used to drive an SD E-250 and I love those mirrors, but I'm not ready to part with my wing windows. They are one of my favorite features of the OBS trucks. That and the inside door handles that pull straight up, I don't know why, but I really like those too. It's the little things I guess. Or maybe I am just easily amused.

At any rate, a fine job!
