'03 and '08 front doors the same?

'03 and '08 front doors the same?
I know the outer shell is the same, but is the inner shell the same for mounting door panel, etc? I found a white door off an '08 in perfect condition and would like to use it on my '03.

I did a search on car-part.com and the newest thing that popped up for an '03 was '07. I also searched for an '08 door and the oldest thing that popped up was '08. It looks like the answer is most likely "no".

Would you quit crashing that thing! My understanding is that the Only difference is the interior door panel mounting bracket positions, FWIW

If that's the case, I'm wondering what all is different. All the tab cutouts in the door, or just the plastic bracket position? If its too difficult to use the '08 door I won't mess with it.
