Reminds me of a high bike my brother and I had. The frame of the bike was turned upside down down and had the front forks extended. It has a regular bike seat with high rise handlebars. The front wheel was a small 20 incher.

I don't remember if I've shared this here. We ran across this at a Rod Run in Gatlinburg, TN in about '79 or '80:
454/400TH/10-bolt rear. The drive shaft is about 24" long.
