I saved and enlarged the picture on my computer and there is boogy wheels holding down the track Marten, I'm not sure how to post the blown up photo though..Would be nice if there was a picture inside the cab and see how many foot peddles there was..
I would suspect that the steering would be used for very small corrections and wheel brakes for turning similar to these that are for snowmobile trail grooming .

nope. mack junior trucks were made in the late 30's early 40's.
it aint true caterpiller is making pickups either. all the supposed "CAT" trucks are fords with cat stickers imposed on them and different grills.
