07 turbo problems/overboost

07 turbo problems/overboost
I have an 07 K Ranch with 43k miles on it. It has been in for 3 times for a problem of overboost. The have cleaned the turbo, replaced the exhaust back pressure sensor, and some other things I believe. Well it happened last night when I was pulling a car and trailer it gets to 30 pds and it looses power and goes into limp mode.
I am scheduled to be back with the truck to the dealership on Wed.They are trying and have been in contact with the Ford Hotline.
How many more times do you keep bringing it in before I say buy it back?
