I'm betting on a failed copper washer on the injector and possibly fuel rail o-ring melted allowing straight fuel into the cylinder. Since all the glowplugs are out it's hard to do a bubble test now.

Had wife crank engine over last nite when I got home. Fuel was just pouring out of #4. It was like there was someone in there spitting out mouthfuls.

well from the codes you have and the fact that you can see fuel pouring out of #4 got to be a burned fuel rail oring like Tim said or the injector is stuck on

Is the ficm fuse still in??

even if ficm fuse was in it should only be a mist not mouthfuls

Id pull #4 inject out and see whats up if you dont find a bad oring then Id replace that injector

Don't know if it is still in there or not. I am hoping that it got pushed out the glowplug hole when I was cranking it, seeing that alot of fuel came out. I have a little boroscope but the camera won't fit in either of the holes, but it looks like there is a fair amount of carbon on the piston. Also pulled #2 injector and that piston looks clean. Hoping pisto is still good.

do you have any way to check compression on that cylinder

Iv heard a couple of stories that a stuck injector melted a hole in the piston

Just checked codes. P0304 #4 cyl misfire. This sucks.
