yeah you could probably find a way to cut the top of the pod along with the bottom to make it fit. the only problem i see there is the top pod may be too high to look at in your natural driving position, unless your like 6'6"
And the problems i'm have are my water temp is acting like the ground is no good, as soon as i turn the truck on it shoot up to the max on the gauge, it worked perfect for a week or so then it just stopped working. I've checked and recheck my wires and ground so i think its the sender may have crapped out. The oil pressure will read god pressure during warm up and the first bit of driving but then when you shut the truck off and start it back up later it will read 0psi at idle and less then 20 when i put the hammer down. I think ids screwy and thats not my actual oil press because if i had 0 psi at idle i think i'd be hearing some funky noises and have some real problems
sorry man i've been extremely busy this summer its my senior year of engineering school every weekend i plan i sending it out but get bogged down. I have a 2 week break in mid august i promise i'll send them out then, its actually been bothering me i haven't got them out to you yet
been lookin at some gauges myself for the trans and coolant temp. How did yall instal the trans temp? they say yto braze in a nut on the pan but I dont want to drop and drain it all. Any open threaded ports I could use? And wherew did you guys tap the coolant lines?
I'm only 5'5" the top one I would probably run voltage meter until I get my oil temp gauge I also plan on putting one of the 3 pod on dash and mounting it over the hole even though I plan on putting a new cover on the dash
