1.) Both front windows sound make a lovely screach (cant really explain the saound but nothing is scratching the glass) while going up and down.. but operate perfect.
2.) Its is a very basic dumb question, max presure on my tires are 80 lbs... what should I be running them at for street use? and what is safe to air them down to for mudd/sand?
I don't think you will have a problem running as low as 45 pounds around town as long as you aren't hauling anything.
In the sand I run my 10-ply tires as low as 20 pounds with no problems. I would go as low as 15 pounds, but mine flex enough at 20 pounds so there is no sense going any lower, it just takes longer to air up again.
The scratching sound is coming from a shard of glass somewhere in the window track from the window being broken before. Spray silicone in the track and use a screwdriver the entire length of the track to scrape out any embedded shards.
My windows make that sound when the lower, outer trim gets really dirty (which it does a lot around here with blowing alkali dust. Lower the window, then vacuum the trim while brushing it with a stiff nylon brush.

Like others have said, this could be grit in the felt gasket like thingy at the base of the window opening along the door. Open the window all the way and brush that felt part clean. There is actually a defect in that gasket that causes it to buckle away from the window allowing it to catch debris (in my case mostly sand from the roads).
If you get the right kind of grit in there it will actually scratch the window.
I just brush the dirt away with my hand each time i roll down the window.
