I'm going to be cutting down the frame on a '75 F-250 Highboy to fit my '67 body on.
I will channel the frame, the question is what do I do about the brake lines, emergency brake lines? Will I need to cut them and splice them back together? Or how does a guy go about doing this?

The only brake line you should have to shorten when you cut the frame is the one from the front port. valve to the rear brake hose. Just buy one the right length and put a bend or two into it.
As for the parking brakes, I would leave the ones (l/r) to the drums the same length and shorten the one from the parking brake pedal to the adjuster. Buy some cable from Home Depot with the fittings, cut your current one to size, then pull the old cable out and put the new cable into the old cable housing.
No offense Dude, but it seems a bit odd that you are shortening a frame, and your biggest concern is the brake lines. That is the easy part- are you shure youve thought this through????
I guess I dont think twice about modifying frames-some people think its some kind of voodoo-same with transmissions. Engine mods are what make me nervous, mainly because one little mistake can wipe out thousands of dollars of parts and labor.
