panels

Just a question. What are those panels right behind the front seats for? I unscrewed them and there is nothing behind them. What were they used for? Thanks. They are at floor level, and go down from there.

Are you asking about the panels on the post behind the seats of the Econoline trucks and vans.?
For me I have no clue except they are some sort of access panel, for what I do not know.
Your post did not clarify if it was a econoline or Ranchero..
Numberdummy may show here and know the answer.

Sorry, the panels are on my 1967 Econoline Supervan. I can't figure out what they are for. I don't know, it was the 60's. Would have been a good place for someone's stash. I need to figure out how to make the signature so it shows what I drive.

To put your signature in the posts. Go to the top of the posts of your forum. It says user cp. Click this and it will pull up your file. You can then go to where it says edit gallery to add pictures or signatures and so on. That is where you can post your pics of your truck and other info.
