Using a stock shackle and a factory front hanger in the rear will gain you quite a bit of lift. Be careful not to fubar your pinion angle if you dont also lift the front spring hanger though. You may need to cut and reweld your spring perches.
If you only want 4" then Id suggest flipping the stock hanger instead of buying a new front hanger to use in the rear.
