A little over a year ago I had my front calipers replaced because one had siezed up and was causing a serious pulling problem, changed out the calipers and hoses, back in business. Exactly one year later it starts doing it again, This time to the right. The shop warranteed the calipers but I had to pay for a new set of hoses. $212.50...ok great, but its still doing it. Take it back, they replace everything again. this time they say the drove it and no problem. As soon as I leave the parking lot, it's pulling again. By this time I'm so fed up with it I just take it home and hope it goes away, but its not.
Has anyone ever had this problem or know why my truck is eating calipers?
Check your alignment too, it could cause a pull. And you could try bleeding the brakes again see if that helps. If it pulls under braking, it could be either alignment or air in the lines; if it pulls constantly, I'd be more inclined to think that the alignment was off. I had a pull, and it took bleeding it a couple times to fix it. Have you looked at the brake pads? If the pull is due to the brakes, the pads on one side should be worn more than the other. I assume they put loaded calipers on there that had new pads each time they were replaced, so it would be hard to tell until you put some miles on them.
Go to the parts store and buy a bottle of anti-sieze or nevr-sieze, and a wire brush. Pull the thing apart yourselft clean the slides up really good, replace the pins with new ones making sure to anit-sieze the living hell out of it, this will clear up the sticking problem.

make sure that you use enough that when the spindle gets hot it runs all over the pads and ruins them
How can a master cyl. make the brakes pull? I've got an intermittent pull on my 89 e150 that nothing seems to help. Didn't think the MC could cause that.
I had the passenger side caliper that kept hanging up.
I replaced calipers and pads and still the hanging up continued.
Finally, I replaced the front brake hoses, and the hanging up stopped.
I have heard that heat can sometimes affect the brake hoses.
Hope this helps.

Well, silly me. Turns out the rear brakes were out of adjustment. I didn't think the rears had enough authority to cause such a distinct pull, but they do.
Im fighting the seizing caliper problem right now on my 96 Bronco. My brakes suck tho, so this doesnt surprise me. Im getting them all replaced as soon as fundage prevails. Ive driven the stuck caliper(RF) for about 600 miles now, and its not pulling as bad. Just toasted the pad to nothing Im assuming. I dont have the money to fix it, so Im just gonna let it run its course and get the whole shebang fixed. It was due.
