Then a bad ICP could mess up how the EZF is supposed to work. The EZF sounds like a glorified 10K mod. What it does is change the reading of the ICP to fool the PCM into thinking ICP is lower then it really is and causes the PCM to command more ICP and therefore more fuel. Bad ICP=bad signal to EZF=bad signal to PCM.
