Good Afternoon Everyone.
Bill, sometime Gatorade during the day when your sweating & hot works. Electrolytes & potassium. I take potassium 99mg daily. In fact I just read an article by an MD that people that ran out & bought potassium/iodine tablets for radiation from the deal in Japan. He stated that most people lack both & the tablets weren't enough of either to work for most people. That people should take supplements of both anyway.
But when I worked I had the same problem as you Bill & drinking more water & adding some Gatorade helped me. Eat bananas also great natural source of potassium.

Good Afternoon Everyone. We are back in Yuma. Got back this afternoon. A ten hour straight through drive stopped for gas & at a Burger King in Las Vegas for a bite to eat.
It sure isn't warm here I think 64 degrees. Oh well it will be too warm soon enough.

Afternoon all! i just orderd a new floor mat for the 63 from LMC and new anti-rattle window kits for the doors from Dennis Carpenter! Will make some more progress next weekend.
