Reading your first post in this thread, I'm not at all sure you have a CPS problem. You said when the truck stalled that the lights on the dash went out and then came back on, as though the key was turned off, and then turned on. Sounds like to me, that you have an electrical problem, not related to the CPS.

Number six it is!!! Pulled the old one out and it was gray, new one from Ford was gray also. Runs like a charm now. Still going to put the International one in when it gets here...

sorry, i dont remmeber saying that. I think someone else said that but not sure who.All mine does is shut off/stall, then u can restart. Nothing wrong or going on with gauges or lites as far as i noticed, but never the less it could be something else, I havent checked everything yet or tried anything else yet.
