Pull your front brakes and check the inside pad. I've found when pins stick or the caliper is stuck, it tends to wear the inside pad due to pressure applied. I've also found pins seized. I buffed them and put never seize on them.

Check Guzzle's page about lubricating the pins. He mentions a scilicone product that NAPA carries. I realized this after I lubed the pins with grease. I checked with NAPA locally and they remember seeing a product for this application but they were conveniently out of stock when I checked. DOH!

Never/Anti-Seize is probably better than nothing but why not get the best on the first try.

Got the problem found, top driver side pin is froze. My brother tried to hit the slide pin with a pry bar and a hammer couldnt get it out. Any tips? He said we will probablt have to torch it and heat it up

just get a new caliper mounting bracket and new slide pins. by the time you heat and beat the heck out of this one youre still going to have to clean the inside of the bracket out. new one is the way to go.....
